This configuration converts normal flat CombiUnica line machines into 3-dimensional capacity folding and gluing machines.

It keeps the V5’s flat work: folders with gussets, air ticket wallets, book covers with flaps, photograph wallets, courier envelopes and simple in-line and crash lock boxes. Courier envelopes can carry a double-sided tape and tear tape strip.
Can the VARUS unit be added to other CombiUnica machines?
Yes. The CombiUnica Vesta can take the VARUS unit among its options. For a CombiUnica you already own, tell Macari-Fidia the model and the capacity you need, and it will check what can be done.
Should I add a friction feeder to the VARUS?
Yes, if you run irregular shapes such as boxes, make second passes, or have long runs where continuous feeding saves loading time. The MOHANDES friction feeder can be added to the V5 or to the VARUS.

Macari-Fidia quotes the CombiUnica VARUS per project and does not publish a price, because each machine is built to the customer’s requirements.
