Macari-Fidia assures a complete range of high end user services, in order to keep the equipment in the best condition, maintaining an optimum production level as well as expanding the equipment’s capacity. The Macari-Fidia range of services (on request) starts off by defining project requirements and planning the sequence of the work.

1. Service and maintenance. Upon request, we would be pleased to enter into maintenance and servicing agreements to ensure the long-term production reliability of the machine.
2. Consulting and services for improving machines with complementary products and accessories.
3. Machine improvements.

We also offer our customers, on request, an extensive after-sales service: consulting, implementation, installation, start-up and staff training, carried out on-site by our own technicians and fitters.
